Develop the basis of design and coordinate electrical elements to support process design. Direct the design team in preparing drawings and specifications, and provide support during the construction phase. Prepare proposals, track productivity, and monitor project schedules and budgets.

This is a fully on-site position in Saint Charles, Illinois.

Work Environment

Very homey office with a spread-out layout, kitchen, gym in the building, and a dog. Outdoor area with tables for lunch and grill outs on the patio. Located near various shopping and restaurants in Downtown St. Charles. Candidates will receive their own desk next to 2 current Electrical Engineers. The company is open to candidates looking for relocation and may offer an incentive package. They require 5 days in the office in-person but are flexible with appointments and family priorities.
