The Oracle North America Field Engagement & Marketing (FEMA) has an immediate opening for a Healthcare Market Development Leader. This role will promote the value of Oracle Cloud technology offerings and services to senior Healthcare level executives and execute Oracle global revenue strategies within the North American Cloud Infrastructure (NACI) organization.

As the Healthcare Market Development Leader (HMDL) , you will have accumulated deep experience and domain knowledge from Healthcare Payers, Providers and related industry technology partners who accelerate Oracle solution adoption. The HDML will be familiar with

emerging technologies such as Cloud Data Platforms, Security, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Analytics, etc and will help to position those technologies and services to prospects and customers, driving superior customer experiences. You will leverage your experience to position Oracle Cloud Data Platform and Infrastructure solutions to accelerate customer adoption of Oracle solutions. Additionally, you will have a solid functional knowledge of information systems and technology capabilities used to drive the core business and organizational processes in Healthcare companies.

Role Requirements & Competencies

This is a position that involves entrepreneurial leadership, analytical thinking, creative instinct, and notoriety in driving success. Success in this role will require Oracle technology and solutions knowledge and experience, an understanding of Oracle’s cloud differentiation, and strong sales and marketing skills.

The candidate must have a proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs in the Healthcare industry, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills to provide consultative input to senior Sales leaders. Basic understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles. Able to engage prospects and customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, with an ability to work effectively with virtual teams. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Cloud Technology, Data Platforms, Applications, and Healthcare industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.

Responsibilities

This person will collaborate with field sales and engineers for customer and industry insights. Translate those insights into partner programs, partner led events and partner supported sales plays with corporate teams and provide closed loop feedback to drive continuous improvement. Monitor changes in customer behavior, revisit historical assumptions, and obtain actionable customer feedback. Provide input to Marketing and act as an internal and external thought leader. Build “last mile” content to align programmatic execution with industry and customer trends. Support account planning efforts and collaborate on segment/LOB demand plans. Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plans in support of pipeline and revenue objectives. Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales. Experience in Oracle Technology portfolio including Data Platforms, Security, Cloud Infrastructure & AI required.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
