The Open Enrollment Specialist is responsible for managing cases and maintaining heavy email communication with insurance brokers. You will communicate with client brokers to set up open enrollment profiles, assist in project management for open enrollment, and ensure all information is properly loaded on SharePoint. Additional responsibilities include Excel reporting, creating emails, navigating Outlook, and utilizing various case management systems.

Essential Skills

+ Strong email communication with excellent grammar and punctuation

+ Proficiency with computers and software (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)

+ Technical savviness

+ High School diploma

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Elk Grove Village, Illinois and some days remote.

Work Environment

Training will be conducted onsite 5 days a week. Work hours are from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch each day. After training, the position will shift to a hybrid model: 3 days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday are mandatory, with flexibility on the third day) and 2 days working from home (Monday and Friday). The contract period is from August 26th to February 10th, 2025.
