Help establish and implement a Knowledge Management program-
Discovery and inventory (w help of user experience) provide recommendations -
Stand up a program- know best practices
Publish frame work and governance- where and how to put things, tagging strategy-
Set up a review cadence
Implement framework into repositories -
Evaluate and recommend tools ww IAM to build out groups
Confluence experience -
Knowledge transfer to FTE-
Expects them to Drive and Advise – Framework, practices and governance
