Blending Technician (10 PM – 6 AM, Sun-Thurs)

Position: Blending Technician

Shift: 10 PM – 6 AM, Sunday to Thursday

Location: 60623

Pay: 19.00

Position Summary: Join our team as a Blending Technician where you will be responsible for blending concentrates and single strength for production lines. You will actively support the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), Food Safety Management System (FSMS), Safety Management System (SMS), and Environmental Management System (EMS) in our manufacturing facility. Demonstrate safe, quality, and environmental behaviors in the workplace at all times.

Operational Tasks:

+ Blend and test each batch for brix, acid ratio, pulp, oil, and PH, among other parameters.

+ Conduct tests on each batch to ensure quality standards.

+ Clean-In-Place (CIP) blend and holding tanks, and transfer lines.

+ Adhere to all job safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

+ Maintain cleanliness of the Blending Room and equipment.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.
