Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Key Responsibilities:

The Technical Systems Manager is tasked with spearheading a broad range of projects within the Facilities (FX) and Ground Support Equipment (GX) Maintenance sectors. This role is designed for a versatile leader capable of driving innovation, overseeing continuous improvement processes, managing telemetry installations, conducting data analytics, and updating policies and procedures and safety programs. This position requires someone who thrives in a changing environment and is committed to excellence in maintenance management.

+ Leads diverse projects focused on innovation and continuous improvement to optimize operational efficiency

+ Develops and maintains policies and procedures, aligning them with industry standards and company objectives

+ Collaborates with other operational groups to ensure training schedules stay current

+ Manages telemetry program collaborating with cross functional project teams ensuring robust data collection

+ Analyzes data to make informed decisions on asset maintenance and keeps leadership appraised of project status

+ Curates and disseminate OEM manuals, ensuring that staff have the necessary resources for equipment maintenance and operation

+ Supports safety programs, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

+ Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Maintenance management, engineering, or related field

+ 5+ years in maintenance program management or related role

+ Outstanding organization skills

+ Proven leadership in managing diverse and innovative projects

+ Strong analytical skills with a background in data analysis

+ Excellent communication and team management abilities

+ Proficiency with productivity software, such as MS Office Suite

+ Flexibility and adaptability in managing dynamic project requirements

+ A strong commitment to safety and operational excellence

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

+ Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

+ Master’s Degree in Data analytics

+ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

+ Project Management

+ OSHA 10, OSHA 30

+ Experience with a broad range of projects in Ground Service Equipment and Facilities Maintenance

+ Spotfire, SharePoint

+ Experience working in airport facilities environment

+ Experience leading teams and suppliers in multiple locations

+ Proven capability to influence and manage change

+ Expertise in policy development and procedural compliance
