Our client, a top-tier leader in the Warehousing and Logistics industry , is seeking motivated individuals to join their dynamic team as Logistics Associates . In this role, you will be an integral part of the Warehouse Team within the Operations Department. The ideal candidates will exhibit excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a collaborative mindset to excel in this fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Logistics Associate
Location: Carol Stream, IL
Pay Range: $17.50 – $21.00 per hour
Shift: Flexible
Job Responsibilities
Picking and Stocking: Repack picking, repack stocking/replenishment.
Shipping and Receiving: Small parcel shipping, LTL (Less Than Truckload) pallet build, loading/unloading using a pallet jack or sit-down forklift. (based on position)
General Warehousing Duties: Perform duties as assigned under the direction of management.
Full-time hours with availability to work overtime (as needed and sometimes mandatory).
Requirements;
Logistics Associate II and III:
+ Verbal and written communication skills.
+ Analytical and problem-solving ability.
+ Team player and detail-oriented.
+ Ability to perform physically intensive labor including reaching, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
+ Experience in manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing desired but not required.
Additional Requirements for Logistics Associate III:
PC skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Able to work 10 hrs/day if needed and additional 1 day on a weekend if needed.
Flexible with start time.
