The Area Executive of Clinical Quality (AECQ) will be responsible for managing the implementation of Quality, Regulatory and Programs strategies into assigned geography including directing/prioritizing work of Market Executive of Clinical Quality (MECQ). The AECQ monitors quality and regulatory metrics for assigned geography. Works closely with operations partners on processes, initiatives, and relevant in-scope changes and/or updates.

+ Manages implementation of Quality, Regulatory and Programs strategies into assigned geography including directing/prioritizing work of Market Executive of Clinical Quality

+ Leads communication on decisions and changes with area leadership team. Partners with AVPO or RVP of Clinical Quality for leadership management and perspective

+ Regularly monitors quality and regulatory metrics for assigned geography alongside Market Executive of Clinical Quality

+ Reports key insights to RVP of Clinical Quality and other key stakeholders

+ Regularly monitors quality metrics for assigned Area; Reports key insights to AVPO and other key Clinical/Ops stakeholders.

+ Conducts survey audits to prepare for official surveys and supports locations through survey process

+ Conducts meaningful virtual/in-person branch interactions to drive performance.

Required Qualifications

+ Current Nurse or Therapy Licensure required

+ 8 or more years of experience

+ Ability to rapidly size opportunity and prioritize interventions when resources are limited (e.g., Market Executive of Clinical Quality capacity)

+ Knowledge of business management and government regulations; expertise in relevant state regulations & survey activities

+ Ability to read, analyze and interpret medical documents, financial reports and legal documents.

+ Proactive engagement to identify & address issues

+ Expertise in branch-level clinical workflows & organization structure

+ Rich analysis of clinical data to derive key insights & opportunities.

+ Strong judgement on workflow and process improvement

+ Effective influencing & communication

+ Strong execution capabilities

+ 15-25 market leadership in person touchpoints per year

+ Travel approximately 20%

Preferred Qualifications

+ Previous experience in branch or area leadership (Area Director, Administrator or HH Clinical Strategy Lead) preferred

+ Knowledge of HCHB preferred.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$136,200 – $187,400 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
