The Digital Media Specialist provides support for the use of audio-visual equipment by faculty staff students and the general public for special events and classroom activities
Description of Essential Functions (critical tasks)
Essential Job Functions:
Deliver supervise and operate various pieces of audio-visual equipment for classroom presentations athletic events and other on-campus functions
Basic maintenance and care of the Audiovisual equipment
Tracking and inventories of audio-visual equipment
Perform other related duties as assigned
Specific Functional Job Requirements
Education Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience Requirements:
Experience with audiovisual equipment (including, but not limited to, equipment listed below) and computer hardware and software preferred
Knowledge:
Basic familiarity with functions of audio-visual hardware
Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills, Microsoft Office Skills
Personal Requirements:
Ability to work effectively with a broad range of people
