Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior Staff level Consultant to focus on the delivery of Operational Due Diligence within Crowe's Operational Transaction Advisory group. We lead our clients through the analysis and execution of M&A transactions (e.g. acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, & integrations).

Great candidates for this unique position will have the desire and ability to:

Work in transaction environments, helping our Private Equity firm clients analyze key investment thesis for operations, and across other related functional areas

Leverage your previous operations leadership experience, analysis, and problem-solving skills to identify key synergies and deal risks, and then translate that analysis into insights and actions

Communicate professionally, including the creation of executive-level deliverables to support client decision-makers

Deliver in a highly visible role on-site at our clients, across the US and possibly internationally

The successful candidate will be highly adaptable, assertive, and open to new challenges in a fast-paced environment. This person will have significant independence to define and deliver the work required to make our clients successful.

Advanced skills in analysis and written and verbal communication are critical, as this role will require significant executive-level interaction.

About The Team:

Advisory Services (AS) provides transaction support, bankruptcy and restructuring advisory, valuation, corporate finance advisory, litigation, dispute resolution consulting, and forensic investigation services. AS provides strategic vision and training to Crowe International's Global Corporate Advisors (GCA), comprised of corporate finance professionals from independent Crowe Global member firms. The AS team members collaborate with other Crowe practices on solutions for various industries, from financial institutions to manufacturing. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required

3-5+ years of total relevant experience in operations consulting or operations management within one or more of the following functions: Corporate Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain

Ability and interest in making detailed assessments of operations and implementing improvements, specifically for productivity increase and operating cost reduction; direct experience in leading cost reduction initiatives is a plus

Superior analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel are required; comprehensive knowledge in developing and interpreting financial models is a plus

Outstanding communication skills as evidenced by the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business impacts to diverse audiences, including executives

Willingness to travel extensively, 80-100% at times; most work occurs at client site

The ideal candidate will be based in Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, or Atlanta; other locations with a major airport will be considered

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,490.00 to $157,579.00 per year.
