Job Description:

As an Operations Senior Consultant within Crowe's Performance Improvement practice in the Strategy & Transaction Advisory Department, you'll help lead our clients through the analysis and implementation of operational excellence and performance improvement initiatives within portfolio companies, including EBITDA, synergies, and enterprise value capture.

Essential skills & responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Engage with private equity firms and corporate leaders to analyze and execute value-creation strategies and operational improvement initiatives

Work in a client-facing role, engage with client teams to uncover synergy and functional area solutions; execute deal strategies and performance improvement

Utilize a holistic approach to identify business improvement opportunities, develop solutions, manage initiatives, and identify the resources and various disciplines needed to execute the process

Communicate professionally, including creating executive-level deliverables to support client decision-makers

Deliver results in a highly visible role on-site at our clients, across the US and possibly internationally

Leverage the flexibility of Lean, Six Sigma, and Performance Improvement tools to enhance productivity

Highly adaptable, assertive, and open to new challenges in a fast-paced environment. This person will have significant independence to define and deliver the work required to make our clients successful.

About The Team:

Advisory Services (AS) provides transaction support, bankruptcy and restructuring advisory, valuation, corporate finance advisory, litigation, dispute resolution consulting, and forensic investigation services. AS provides strategic vision and training to Crowe International's Global Corporate Advisors (GCA), comprised of corporate finance professionals from independent Crowe Global member firms. The AS team members collaborate with other Crowe practices on solutions for various industries, from financial institutions to manufacturing. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a relevant field required

Master's degree is a plus

Minimum of three (3) years of total relevant experience in operations management, including areas such as: manufacturing (including lean/continuous improvement), operations strategy, footprint optimization (manufacturing/distribution networks), supply chain, SIOP (sales, inventory, operations planning)

Experience with leading cross-functional collaboration with project teams and stakeholders, proven ability to build consensus across teams and stakeholders.

Ability to complete detailed assessments of manufacturing and distribution operations (footprint/network) and implement improvements, specifically for productivity increase and operating cost reduction

Ability to creatively solve problems and analyze client data

Strong written and verbal communication skills as evidenced by the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business impacts to diverse audiences, including executives and stakeholders

Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in MS Excel is required (MS Power BI experience is a plus)

Ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment

Ability to interact with the internal management team and external client contacts using strong leadership and communication skills

80% or more of travel required
