Purpose of the Job

The Account Manager, Corrugated POP Retail Displays, is responsible for all aspects of development, production, purchasing and execution of client marketing programs. This role will be responsible for developing long-term relationships, while connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The Account Manager will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solution according to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Gather project requirements and collaborate with internal and external partners on design direction, delivery timetables, and maintaining an updated status of assigned projects.
Initiate a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
Execute projects within contract-specified timelines, according to budget requirements and quality standards.
Review BOM, CAD files, and prototypes.
Operate as the lead contact point for all matters specific to your client.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the client as a trusted adviser to key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, via technology platforms, reporting dashboards and quarterly business reviews.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth, identify and explore opportunities for new from existing growth of services scope
Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders and your team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to your client
Implement and manage the effective delivery of key client programs including communication strategies, client training, issue resolution and utilization reporting.
Work closely with internal partners to support fulfilment &warehouse management initiatives
Determine clients' unmet needs and translate internally for adequate follow up.
Bring new ideas to the client to expand their presence in the retail space; innovation in display marketing, seasonal initiatives, cross-channel marketing.
Maintain thorough understanding of the clients' end use markets, their important clients, and their main competitors.
Investigate, track, and resolve any client concerns; identify trends and implement solutions

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

Ideally 5+ years of product category production experience specifically related to corrugated displays.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Experience excelling within fast-paced, high-energy environments.
Ability to work independently with a drive to continually hit goals and succeed.
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Experience within the life sciences sector a plus
