Job Objective:
Oversee the production and selection of all goods for eCommerce sales from all stores.
Essential Functions:

Coordinate eCommerce selection with store managers and store personnel.
Work closely with Regional Manager to develop the best strategies and practices to increase
eCommerce sales.
Attend monthly staff meetings for managers and keep personnel informed of new policies and
directives.
Maintain a good working relationship with eCommerce Staff, Regional Manager and Store Managers.
Travel to all stores to pull and pack products for eCommerce shipment quickly and accurately.
Oversee the preparation and packing of picked materials for transportation to warehouse to be shipped
to eCommerce station.
Ability to research and discover quality and value of high-end donated products with assistance of a PC
or handheld electronic devices (i.e., smart phone or tablet/iPad).
Manifest eCommerce merchandise and maintain quality control and accuracy in manifesting orders.
Work in a fast-paced environment.
Attend eCommerce meetings, trainings and conferences as required.
