Duties: Manage and deliver sustainability advisory services and environmental, societal, and governmental (ESG) strategy assignments for clients around the world; support the sustainability project management team to deliver and challenge commercial real estate projects for a diverse set of owner, occupier, and investor clients; collect and prepare sustainability strategy and reporting documentation, tracking metrics, maintaining schedules and budgets, and delivering client updates; lead consulting service deliveries for a range of large and complex real estate clients, including investor, owner, and occupier; identify gaps and opportunities; manage professional relationships and effectively delivering sustainability services and managing sustainability certifications; coordinate with clients to develop creative solutions to meet their ESG, LEED, WELL, Fitwel, Carbon emission reduction and sustainability ambitions, including but not limited to goal development and refinement, disclosure, reporting, strategy roadmaps, and plan implementation; optimize energy performance, decarbonization, water efficiency, indoor environmental quality, materials and resources management, policies and programs, and sustainability practices in the building sector; manage business development efforts and achieving business growth targets; engage with clients, investors, developers, and occupiers of commercial real estate to develop relationships and identify new opportunities to deliver sustainability solutions; build the business's profile through insightful thought leadership and participation in various industry groups; influence the market through media such as speaking events, social media, and the press; coordinate and support sustainability communications and marketing teams to develop materials to pitch and win new business; support the consulting team through team recruitment and retention and making a significant contribution to the management of the business; and inspire the consulting team by acting as a role model, mentor, and through learning development. Requirements: Master's degree in Sustainability, Design Studies, or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a sustainability-related occupation.

Experience must include the following:

• Project Management including managing projects from start to finish, communicating sustainability goals with stakeholders, and managing sustainability deliverables, timeline, and budgets;
• Revenue Management including developing project fee estimates, managing project budgets, and issuing invoices;
• People Management such as coordinating teams, leading meetings, managing people and client presentations;
• Green building-related skills such as Sustainability Certifications, goal-setting, and certification management;
• Embodied Carbon Analysis and Modeling;
• Managing complex projects; and
• Communicating and translating technical requirements for LEED, Fitwel, WELL, and other third party sustainability certification..
