Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Interact with and serve customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Maintain cleanliness of your area and adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality industry (preferred, not required)
- Friendly, outgoing, and helpful
- Knowledge of food preparation, food service, and cash handling
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and willingness to assist in various tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
