Overview
JOB DETAILS:
The General Cardiology team is looking to add a 1.0 FTE Advanced Practice Provider to their team!
Will work alongside the 3 general cardiologists and will mostly see follow up visits with the occasional first consultation visit
Schedule will be Monday-Friday in the clinic
No call, no weekends, no holidays

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed to provide Advanced Practice Nurse Services or Physician Assistant Services Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing of narcotics PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
