Job Title: QA Specialist III
Duration: 12 Months
Location: North Chicago, IL 60064

Responsibilities:
There area will be responsible for handling drug products that go into clinical trials.
Take tablets and put them into bottles.
Then they see where things go wrong, try to track them, figure out what products are impacted by the event, and then make corrective action to not let those problems happen again.
They will be using TrackWise during this process.
They will also conduct investigation using the 5M method. They will be on a timeframe to get things done.
Some work will also deal with supplier events in which they will try to get the right products with the right characteristics.
They plan to use OneTrack in the future so any knowledge of that will be a plus.
They may also go onto the floor from time to time to investigate problems.
They also will work with a lot of people in Germany.
They will be expected in-office 5 days a week, start and end time flexible.
They can work from home after a training period.

Education:
Must have a bachelor's degree.
Preferred degree in scientific background, engineering as well.
Someone asked about if a master would replace the 2 years of experience. The answer was "It depends".

Required/Preferred skills:
Experience with TrackWise is a plus.
Clinical trial experience is not important, however, someone who has done that may have necessary skills.
Must understand Quality Systems in a pharmaceutical environment.
Any OneTrack experience would be a plus since they will use this in the future

Top Skills:
Technical writing skills, patience, open to change and criticism, good people skills, organization skills, ability to stick to timelines.
Clear verbal and written communication.
