Job Description

Quad City Bank & Trust is looking for a Customer Care Representatives to join our team. This position is primary responsible for meeting or exceeding customer expectations, by providing service to current and prospective customers. Answer phones to respond to general customer inquiries, digital or account maintenance and customer complaints.

Individuals in this position must thoroughly understand all the Bank's products and services to determine which best meets the customer's financial needs, developing relationships by processing the incoming calls professionally and in a courteously manner.

Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years working in banking, customer service, or related experience. High School diploma or equivalent required. Strong customer service and outstanding business telephone etiquette a must.
