Job Title: CATT Specialty Apps Manager

Location: 30 S Wacker Dr., Suite 3300 Chicago, IL 60606 *may work remotely throughout the U.S.

Salary: $165,000.00 with standard benefits.

Duties: Enhance RSM US’s ability to deliver comprehensive, value-added, and efficient Tax services. Design, analyze, develop, implement, and deploy new data-driven applications. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Consult and execute on a wide range of initiatives involving process and tool development and implementation including training development, engagement management, tool design, and implementation. Work to ensure high-quality delivery with unit and integration tests. Interface with internal and external teams. Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design systems and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance. Coordinate installation of software system. Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design. Determine system performance standards. Develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation. Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces and improve performance. Monitor functioning of equipment to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications. Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, or security needs to determine hardware configuration. Prepare reports or correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, or status. *may work remotely from anywhere in the US.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems or related *will accept three or four year degrees. Five years of experience as a Technical Consultant, Developer, Associate, or related, which must include experience in: Developing user interface (UI) utilizing HTML, CSS, Bootstrap based on approved wireframe design and writing validation, business logic utilizing Javascript, Jquery. ExtJS and AngularJS. Used the GraphQL API settings and Entity Framework concept to construct numerous back-end modules. New Development for creating web application / enhancement to add new features to the existing system utlizing .NET Core Framework, C# Language and MVC architecture. Preparing effort estimation, project plan, resource loading, risk and gap analysis, quality reviews and user acceptance testing.
