Job Description
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for the product development and convert them to technical details. Interact with client and monitor the projects. Use a wide application of principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to develop innovative solutions to problems and maintain applications that conform to consistent methodologies, standards, and industry best practices. Write supporting functional specification and design documents. Build wireframes and mockups to prototype solutions to internal customers. Provide prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues. Develop dashboards, customized reports, and scorecards based on business requirements and UI specifications. Provide expert advice, assistance, or guidance in support of technical programs and projects. Apply expert knowledge to gather facts, research and analyze the data, and develop conclusions and recommendations. Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship. Conduct Ad-hoc data analysis using Python/R and provide business insights to the customers. Monitor consistency of customer data and work with appropriate teams to fix data issues. Collaborate constantly and cohesively with stakeholders to ensure industry-defining solution is built and implemented. Conduct user testing and training on the applications that are built. Create technical and marketing specification sheets for the applications. Maintain high standards of application quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. Provide support in pursuits with technical and business presentations.
This is a Hybrid position to inlcude working at Employer’s headquarters in Peoria, IL and work from home
Educational requirements:
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related
Work Experience and specific skill or other requirements:
1 year experience as Supply Chain Consultant, Engineer, Project Manager, Solutions Architect or related
Windows Server 2008 – 2016 • Microsoft SQL Server 2008 – 2016 • R/Python • Tableau • Six sigma Green Belt Certification • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • minimum 1 year client management experience
