Job SummaryThe Industrial Procurement Support is responsible for providing support to the Industrial Procurement area with purchased and fabricated parts necessary for the production of automotive electronic components as set forth by the technical operation team. Will need to analyze Bill of Materials and engage in technical discussions with engineering teams and vendors regarding design, control, and tests in order to efficiently and timely procure all the parts necessary considering the lead times for design, test and production, along with price, quality and compliance with specifications concerns.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
RFQ and following up with Vendors
Provide requestor with accurate price and product information with lead time
Provide requestor with status on delayed parts
Using Purchase Requisition web application to request for parts and manage orders.
Expedite critical purchase orders in order to maintain material flow to support operations, engineering and customer service
Providing comparison sheets matrix to check the price competiveness for getting necessary approvals for orders
Responsible for Parts receiving and kitting
Examine and Insect delivered parts
Managing BOM and timely updating on BOM with order updates.
Making sure the parts are received in ERP system in a timely manner.
Managing Kitting location and parts inventory
Promote continual improvement culture
Experience: 1+ years
Education:  Associate's or 2 Year Degree
Certifications: N/A
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experienced and skilled in ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and customer focused.
Strong written and oral communication skills and accountable for actions.
Ability to effectively manage time and resources, being an analytical thinker/ problem solver, highly organized as well as being accountable are desirable.
