Job Description

Staffmark is seeking a motivated Forklift Operator to work with a leading company specializing in the distribution of health insurance materials. If you have recent forklift experience and are ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $18.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime on Saturdays and possibly during the week.

Responsibilities:

Fulfill orders for daily programs, special projects, and supplies per Work Instructions.
Maintain version control for similar items and large orders.
Operate Powered Industrial Trucks safely and efficiently during the picking process.
Keep assigned aisles clean and organized according to quality standards.
Work in areas where confidential data is processed, completing annual HIPAA training.
Support various tasks as assigned by management.
Organize and maintain warehouse and inventory areas for efficient material handling.
Adhere to company policies related to security, privacy, production standards, and safety.
Operate various warehouse vehicles including Order Picker, Swing-Reach Turret Truck, Reach Forklift, Walkie Pallet Jack, Stand-Up Forklift, Stand-Up Clamp Truck, and manual pallet jack.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required; previous inventory control or data entry experience preferred.
At least 1-2 years of recent forklift experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.
Willingness to work outside regular hours as needed.
