Job Posting Title: Quality Assurance Specialist, Health & Safety
Time Type: Full Time


Lead Health & Safety program for DSV Air & Sea U.S. / PR locations which includes branch office locations and warehousing.
Analyze Health & Safety data for the area of responsibility (AR) and implement programs to improve the Health and Safety performance.
Carry out Health & Safety risk assessments in the area of responsibility (AR)
Carry out aspects & impacts assessments in the AR
Carry out accident investigations (including environmental incidents) when needed and ensure effective Corrective Actions implemented and closed out;
Provide guidance to the AR on the requirements of identifying and implementing local HS&E Laws and monitor that compliance has been carried out.
Coordinate environmental activities with QHSE agents, including collection of Eco-Consumption data, implementing local Sustainability campaigns (including Sustainability week activities), review and communication of key environmental documents to ensure ISO 14001 compliance.
Ensure compliance to legal and regulatory Health & Safety requirements.
Continuous development, identification, and implementation of Health & Safety training; train HSE Officers in the AR
Conduct regular Health & Safety reviews with warehouse & branch locations.
Continuous evaluation and identification of HS related Customer/Industry requirements.
Engage regularly with HSE Agents in the AR ensuring HS performance is met.
Conduct monthly Health & Safety meetings with HS Agents
Support customer audits regarding the Health & Safety requirements for the AR.
Perform internal and external QHSE audits according to the regional audit plan.
Ability to implement ISO9001, ISO45000, ISO14001 requirements within business unit.
Support regional locations for Quality, H&S, Healthcare, & Environmental
Ability to conduct audits on Healthcare, QHSE and ISO requirements.

Educational background / Work experience
Industry experience (minimum 3 - 5 years)
Qualified Internal & Lead Auditor
