The Vice President, SaaS Digital Transformation COE Leader will lead a global team of senior process experts across the wing-to-wing SaaS process flow. They will focus on analyzing, standardizing, and digitizing processes as applicable across the company’s various business units in support of the SaaS Digital Transformation. This leader will partner with teams in the segments, regions, and functions (including IT) and play a key role in this transformation. This role requires deep process knowledge in SaaS/Subscription process flows in healthcare/industrial domains, the ability to drive process standardization, a strong customer experience focus, executive presentation and communication skills, strategic thinking, and conflict management abilities to drive significant changes in processes, technology, and culture.

Job Description

+ Provide leadership for GEHC SaaS Processes, which includes creating and owning SaaS blueprint and process design flows across GEHC.

+ Partner with teams in the segments, regions, and functions to create and implement a cohesive SaaS transformation roadmap across current and future digital products, including acquisitions, to drive change and onboard them to the new SaaS digital thread capabilities.

+ Lead business process engagements, alignments, and standardization of the SaaS transformation strategy. Create strategic documents, roadmaps, and plans, in alignment with the organization’s overall business goals and priorities.

+ Partner with customers, segments, and regional leaders to define and implement the customer journey transformation to SaaS models.

+ Establish SaaS standards, baseline SaaS process maturity, and continuously improve the process maturity YOY as GEHC makes new advances with software products.

+ Establish governance structures, decision-making processes, and accountability frameworks to ensure effective oversight and management of the transformation program.

+ In partnership with the SaaS Product and Engineering leader – Define the scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for the transformation program, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations.

+ Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, business stakeholders, centers of excellence, and extended IT teams to influence, resolve conflict, problem solve, secure buy-in, alignment, and support for the transformation projects.

+ Manage the portfolio of projects and initiatives that make up the program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, resource optimization, and risk management.

+ Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the success of the transformation program and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.

+ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and success of the program, and regularly report on program performance to stakeholders with transparency, integrity & per expectations.

+ Lead a high-performing senior process team providing coaching and guidance with a problem-solving mindset.

+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from stakeholders, analyzing lessons learned, and incorporating best practices into future iterations of the transformation program.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field

+ 15 + years of experience across business process, program management, or digital transformation

+ 7+ years of experience leading direct and indirect teams

+ Proven track record of driving global teams to deliver on business and program goals

+ Experience leading and implementing large-scale SaaS transformation initiatives in healthcare or Industrial domains

+ Experience influencing senior leadership and executive communication

Preferred Qualifications:

+ MS or MBA is preferred

+ Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and drive alignment among diverse groups of stakeholders

+ Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs with established project management skills

+ Proficiency in change management methodologies and techniques, with experience in assessing organizational readiness, managing resistance, and facilitating cultural change

+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

+ Willing to travel domestically and internationally

+ Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities simultaneously
