Responsibilities:

+ Handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and facilitating disciplinary actions when necessary.

+ Manage all aspects of leave administration, including FMLA, STD, LTD, and workers’ compensation.

+ Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

+ Ensure data integrity in HR systems by maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records.

+ Provide support with labor relations.

+ Process paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.

+ Support learning and development programs and initiatives.

+ Assist with processing timecards and backup payroll functions.

+ Support the performance management process and assist with employee transfers, job classification changes, salary increases, and other related employment matters.

+ Track and prepare department reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.

+ Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Bilingual in Spanish and English.

+ Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

+ Minimum of three years experience in an HR role with a focus on employee relations and HR compliance.

+ Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
