Job Description:

Working as part of the Emerging Talent Acquisition & Development (ETAD) team, this individual is responsible for end-to-end process and systems for the hiring and development of early careers talent. With performance management responsibilities for the Operations Team, the successful candidate will oversee all Emerging Talent workflows, serve as a project management office to support all student programs (early engagement, internships, full-time programs), and ensure alignment with broader HR and Talent Acquisition operations. In addition, this role will ensure our processes are supported by various technology platforms (ATS, HRIS, CRM) and executed correctly through performance metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities:

+ Grow and nurture a diverse team that is empowered to do their best work today and prepared for what’s needed tomorrow. The team will include Operations Specialists and a Scheduler.

+ Serve as a member of the Emerging Talent leadership team and partner with functional leads for program management, candidate development, and enterprise solutions.

+ Manage vendor relationships and ensure tools are utilized effectively, maintaining system integrations regularly for continued success.

+ Conduct deep analysis of current systems and vendors and identify opportunities for improvements and updates.

+ Lead the gathering and transformation of recruitment and performance data into dashboards, reports, and commentary to drive and illuminate business insights resulting in better informed and more effective business decisions and actions.

+ With a focus on candidate experience, compliance, and scalability, responsible for generating insight-based ideas, documenting and improving process across the Emerging Talent organization that will drive efficiency, utilizing strong program and change management skills to ensure adoption.

+ Manage correspondence and follow-up with team members, candidates, and hiring managers, which may include: scheduling meetings, travel and expense reimbursements, offer paperwork, new hire information, onboarding, visa applications, and relocations.

+ Liaise and collaborate with other teams including TA Ops, payroll, accounting, onboarding, immigration, HR Tech, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business and Management or related field

+ 6+ years of experience in Recruiting, HR, Process Management, Talent Acquisition Operations or related field

+ In lieu of education, 8+ years of experience in Recruiting, HR, Process Management, Talent Acquisition Operations or related field

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
