The Role

The Senior Manager with Central Revenue Management will oversee the team of CRMs and Analysts. They will assist the team to successfully achieve RevPAR, RGI, and Budget through the leadership of the CRMs and Analysts under their care. They will also continue to manage a portfolio of properties that have opted into the CRM service. This person will work with the senior leadership team to gather data and conduct an analysis of revenue potential generated by both transient and group travel. They will make strategic decisions, communicate effectively with the on-property hotel team CRMs and Analysts, and assist in moving Central Services forward.

This role is the daily Management of people and a portfolio of properties across the Americas:

+ Lead a team focused on the financial success of the organization, taking ownership of the properties within the portfolios of the CRMs and Analysts reporting to you

+ Communicate frequently and well with property, above property, and corporate teams tracking trends, reporting results, and developing actions based on findings

+ Assist in the hiring and growth of new employees and current colleagues leading each person with care and providing support so that the team is happy to bring their whole self to work

+ Provide strategic guidance to CRMs and Analysts within the scope of the CRM services.

+ Assist in the growth of the Central Services programs through the promotion and data-driven success of the program’s services

+ Support the CRM team through training and development

+ Help the Leadership team achieve success in all departmental goals. (ie. RGI, Program size growth, DE&I involvement, etc)

+ Continue to support your portfolio of properties through:

+ Daily review and management of Revenue Management System recommendations for room accommodation and rate inventory controls

+ Ensure group inventory is managed

+ Implement strategies on 3rd party internet channels ensuring parity in all distribution channels

+ Conduct group evaluation/displacement analysis as needed by hotel sales to determine the impact on hotel RevPAR and overall spending in the hotel

+ Prepare weekly strategy reports for numerous hotels used during their strategy meetings

+ Prepare a monthly sell strategy for a 12-month booking window.Ensure group strategies are in place with the hotel strategy team for the entire booking cycle

Qualifications:

Experience Required:

-Minimum 3 years of experience with multiple properties or multiple market experience

-Experience working with Hyatt Properties

-Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data

-Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint and be capable of creating documents, working charts, and spreadsheets.

-High school diploma

Experience Preferred:

-Bachelor’s degree

-Minimum 2 years experience in leading people

-Minimum 10 years experience in a hotel or related field desired

-PRIO, Reserve, RMT, and other revenue systems
