Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search for a Sourcing AssistantLake Zurich, ILPay Rate: $ 19.25/hr Part time 20 hours a week/hybridThe main function of the Sourcing Assistant is to support the Indirect Procurement team with administrative tasks that include but are not limited to Contract uploading in SAP Ariba, Vendor Setup, and Purchase Order processingJob Responsibilities:- Organize and upload contracts into the Ariba Contract Management Tool- Purchase Order Processing- Administrative tasks to support SAP/Procurement related projects (under the guidance and direction of buyers and/or managers)Skills:- Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage ones time.- Ability to keep information organized and confidential.- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint- SAP/Ariba Experience is preferred but not required- Knowledge of procurement activities is preferred- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and procurement team membersEducation/Experience:- High school diploma or GED required

Pay Details: $19.25 per hour
