Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM *additional hours as needed Status: Full-time (Exempt) Compensation: Set at $45,7600 Annually

$300 Sign-On Bonus After The Completion of the 90-Day Probationary Period

Summary/Objective We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for vape products, as a Product Specialist for Midwest Distribution, you will serve as the face and voice of our company promoting our products and building strong relationships with customers. Your primary goal is to increase brand awareness and drive sales through various marketing and promotional activities. Having a full understanding of the products that you are selling/promoting and being able to communicate them effectively to customers. + Represent the Brands : Act as the primary face of the company brands embodying our values and commitment to excellence while promoting our diverse range of products within the brand to prospective and existing clients.

+ Promote Products : Utilize your knowledge and passion for the vape smoke shop industry to effectively present and recommend products, highlighting their benefits and unique features to drive sales.

+ Develop Sales Strategies : Create and implement tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Continuously analyze marketing trends and adjust approaches to stay competitive.

+ Achieve Targets : Set ambitious but attainable goals and work diligently to achieve them, using innovative sales techniques and strategic planning.

+ Build Client Relationships : Establish and nurture strong long-lasting relationships with retail clients. Engage with them regularly to understand their needs and provide solutions that add value to their business.

+ Maintain Relationships : Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any issues promptly and build loyalty through consistent and reliable service.

+ Provide Customer Service : Deliver exceptional customer service by being responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. Assist clients with product selections, orders, and any concerns they may have.

+ Support Clients : Offer ongoing support to clients, ensuring they have all the information and resources needed to effectively sell our products.

+ Stay Updated : Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape. Use this knowledge to inform sales, strategies and provide valuable insight to clients.

+ Product Knowledge : Continuously educate yourself on our product range and industry innovations to maintain a high level of expertise.

Experience & Skills Required

+ Demonstrated experience in brand/product knowledge

+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.

+ Highly self-driven and focused on achieving and surpassing set goals.

+ Outstanding organizational skills, ensuring efficient management of tasks and client interactions.

+ Willingness and ability to travel to locations from the base location.

+ Teamwork mentality.

Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibility. Work Environment This job work environment changes depending upon the event type and mostly operates in a modern event setting, at pop-up events, and traveling from store to store to market our product. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, reaching up and lifting. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee must be able to lift and move items up to 60 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, 40-45 hours per week. Days and hours to be specified, weekends as needed. Travel Travel is expected for this position and the work location would be on the road. Required Education and Experience A minimum of HS Diploma or GED and one year of marketing, product specialist or previous Brand Ambassador experience. Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and have basic math skills. Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experience are required. Work Authorization Must have legal authorization to work in the United States. What We Offer
