Job Summary

The Associate Manager, Digital Strategy & Planning leads the execution of digital analytics by supporting digital measurement and reporting capabilities, standards & best practices. Partners with internal stakeholders to successfully translate the business strategy into the digital commerce channels (web and app), satisfying the financial, technological, and operational business needs. Collaborates with engineering and analytics teams to build solutions for measurement and analysis. Advises on efficiency and effectiveness of tagging strategy and clean data collection, assists in the development and documentation of web analytics best practices. Additionally, the Associate Manager creates and maintains dashboard reporting that are clear and concise. Performs deep dive analysis leveraging different digital sources and provides recommendations for results-driving changes.

Job Responsibilities

+ Develops KPI definitions and collaborates with various stakeholders to build the necessary trackingefforts to monitor them regularly and accurately.

+ Proactively initiates, researches, and performs data analysis and provides ad hoc reports to internalstakeholders on web and app usage, customer engagement.

+ Provides rich and actionable insights on behavioral analytics by communicating clear and concisetrends and data patters.

+ Assists in the development and documentation of web analytics best practices.

+ Identifies data gaps due to either tagging inconsistencies or incomplete MarTech solutions. Partnerswith necessary stakeholders to close those.

+ Collaborates with various teams to understand customer priorities and struggles, assists in developingrobust solutions.

+ Partners with cross-functional teams to inform content strategy and site optimization to support webanalytics initiatives and roadmap.

+ Leads and supports training and development of web analytics standards.

External Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience in the e-commerce and/or digital marketing analytics and data analysis OR High School/ GED and at least 4 years of experience in the e-commerce and/or digital marketing analytics and data analysis

+ At least 2 year of experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions todrive improvement of results and find solutions.

+ At least 1 years of experience with Adobe Analytics.

+ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvement of results and businessperformance.

+ Strategic thinker, problem solver, self-motivator with excellent time management skills and acuteattention to details.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Master’s degree OR MBA

+ Awareness and basic understanding of Digital Experience Analytics tools (i.e. Contentsquare,Quantum Metrics, etc.).

+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

+ Desire to build up their leadership and coaching skills.

+ Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.

+ Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.
