You will report directly to our and you will work out of our Des Plaines, IL location on a Hybrid work schedule. + Analyze complex IT systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Equivalent

+ 6 years of relevant experience

+ Must have experience in Java, Angularjs, React, MWF etc. with understanding of databases

+ Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.

WE VALUE

+ Understand of Agile Methodology for software development

+ Experience with Jira and Confluence

+ Experience with tools for business process mapping

+ Must be proficient in handling Issues/support functions.

+ Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
