Insight Global’s client is looking for a backend Java Developer to join their team to work on Federated search. This will be 75% backend, 25% front end.
Their north star is “federated search”, that is where they are going. At Walgreens, you have a search index, you have a product catalog. They have other things we offer “retail, photo, pharmacy, health services, financial services”. Federated search would be have an index for each one of those. Need to get data into a database.

Skills and Requirements
-6-7 years of experience as a backend engineer 75% backend and 25% front end
-Java they are on version 18, any java version is fine
-Node experience
-MongoDB or mySQL for databases -Algolia, Elastic Search, Solr any search tools experience null
