Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and content writing? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments with high volumes of work? If so, we are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our client’s team.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain and manage a high-volume ticketing system, including troubleshooting and resolving remedial issues.

+ Communicate effectively with field marketing teams on various updates, requests, and collaborations.

+ Research and develop compelling web content for landing pages.

+ Get involved in various digital marketing strategies, which can involve SEO, social media, email marketing, content development and more.

+ Proven experience with digital marketing (1-2 years)

+ Familiarity with high-volume ticketing systems is a must-have.

+ Strong skills in web content writing and research

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

+ Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.

+ Previous experience in SEO and/or healthcare writing is strongly desired.
