Job Description
Position Summary : Under the general supervision of a cardiologist, performs and supervises all cardiac stress tests. In cardiac rehab participates in all phases, formulating, maintaining, modifying, and evaluating an individualized age specific plan of care based on assessed patient’s needs. Patient assessment to include vital signs, physical assessment, psychosocial and educational needs.
Position Requirements :
License:
Education: Earned degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, or related field at the Bachelorette level required. Graduate degree preferred.
Certifications: BLS required and ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
Special Skills: 12-Lead EKG
Experience: Previous experience in Cardiac Rehabilitation preferred.
