We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Part-Time Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team.
THE ROLE:
As a Part-Time Massage Therapist at NoMI Spa, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding therapeutic and relaxation experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for providing high-quality massage services, tailoring treatments to meet individual client needs, and ensuring a consistent level of excellence in all interactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES ( May include, but not limited to ) :
+ Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments.
+ Consult with clients to understand their needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting treatment room.
+ Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
+ Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
+ Stay current with industry trends and continue professional development.
PAY:
This role offers competitive compensation where you are paid a base hourly rate $11.25. You will also receive gratuities and commission. Further details to be discussed during the interview phase.
BENEFITS:

Qualifications:
+ Valid massage therapy license in the state of Illinois.
+ Proven experience as a massage therapist with a strong understanding of various techniques.
+ Ability to customize treatments based on individual guest preferences and requirements.
+ Professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-end spa environment.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight.
+ Must have physical stamina to stand for upwards of 8 hours during duration of shift.
+ Open availability required for all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
