Location: Bensenville, IL (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00PM *additional hours as needed Status: Full-time (Exempt) Compensation: Starting at $52K Annually * plus Commission $300 Sign-On Bonus After The Completion of the 90-Day Probationary Period Summary/Objective: The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales calls to new and existing accounts. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a persuasive sales approach, be detail-oriented, and excel at maintaining and growing current accounts. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Sales and Revenue Generation:

+ Actively source and pursue new sales opportunities through follow-up and outbound calls and emails.

+ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.

+ Continuously promote and upsell company products to existing clients to maximize revenue

Customer Engagement and Follow-ups:

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing high-touch service.

+ Conduct regular follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

+ Monitor client accounts and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs.

Product Knowledge and Industry Awareness:

+ Stay informed about company products, new features, new lines, new flavors and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

+ Educate clients on the benefits and features of new and existing products to generate interest and increase sales.

Coordination with Internal Teams:

+ Coordinate with the shipping and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

+ Work closely with the customer service team to resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently.

+ Ensure you get complete information from customers on their issues and complaints.

+ Work closely with the shipping team to ensure you are educated on various shipping methods used and how the tracking is done for the same.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

+ Maintain an up-to-date database (Salesforce, etc.) of prospective client information and sales activities.

+ Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics, and report results to the Sales Manager.

Other Duties as Assigned:

+ Perform other sales-related duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the sales department.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role, requiring extended periods of sitting and occasional light lifting. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Base plus commission. Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 am -5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (hours to be specified). Travel: Travel is expected for this position on occasion for special business-related events. This is an in-house sales associate role. Required Education and Experience:

+ High school diploma or GED and two to three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Experience with MS Suite including Word, Excel, Google Sheets/Docs.

Preferred Education and Experience:

+ Associate degree.

+ Sales or marketing or telemarketing experience.

+ Salesforce experience is a plus.

+ Experience with inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms.
