We are seeking a Cash Poster to join our team. This role is crucial to our operations as it involves processing customer accounts, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries. As a Cash Poster, you will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.

Responsibilities:

- Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records

- Post cash transactions and manage daily cash receipts

- Assist in accounts receivable, billing, and collections tasks

- Contribute to month-end close processes

- Collaborate with the Billing, Collections, and Credit Departments as needed

- Use Microsoft Excel and Point Click Care software to perform tasks

- Provide support to several Revenue Cycle Managers

- Facilitate cross-training activities to ensure continuous skill development

- Deliver healthcare billing services in compliance with industry standards

- Work in a skilled nursing facility environment, adhering to all related protocols and regulations.

- Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing

- Experience in Cash Applications and Cash Collections

- Knowledge in Commercial Collections and Microsoft Excel

- Familiarity with Cash Posting and Skilled nursing facility (SNF)

- Ability to handle Daily Cash Receipts and HealthCare Billing

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
