Overview

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of effectively managing accounts receivable functions. This is a remote role but does require EST working hours.

About Center of Excellence:

Centers of Excellence (COE) are teams whose primary goal is to provide expertise in a specific field. COEs will usually provide support through training, research, and skilled leaders. In the case of HealthEdge, our Centers of Excellence incorporate the Human Resources, IT, Legal and Financial fields, all of which provide support to our Product divisions and allows the enterprise to move forward and achieve its goals.

Your Impact:

+ Generate and send outaccurateandtimelycustomer invoices.

+ Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances and ensuretimelycollection of payments.

+ Review and reconcile customer accounts to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.

+ Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing errors.

+ Communicate with customers via phone,and email toaddress payment-related inquiries and issues.

+ Collaborate withinternal and external teamsto resolve billing and payment issues.

+ Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and takeappropriate actionsto minimize past due balances.

+ Prepare andmaintainaccuraterecords and documentation related to accounts receivable transactions.

+ Assistwith month-end closing processes and provide support for financial reporting requirements.

+ Identifyopportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline accounts receivable processes.

What You Bring:

+ 4or moreyears’ experience inAccounts Receivable orsimilar role

+ Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

+ Proficiencyin accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

+ High school diploma/GEDrequired, higher education inAccounting, Finance, or related fieldpreferred
