Job Description
The Warranty Core Clerk prepares, ships, and processes core returns for the Parts Department.

+ Inspect cores being returned by customers over the counter and deliveries.
+ Issue approved inspection return receipt to over counter customer so cashier can issue credit.
+ Inspect, approve, and sign core return receipts turned in by drivers for proper crediting.
+ Return cores to other branches that carry their own core bank.
+ Segregate dirty cores by vendor.
+ Process vendor returns.
+ Prepare daily parts cycle counts.

Basic Qualifications:
+ High school diploma.
+ 3 months administrative experience.
+ Knowledge of heavy duty truck mechanics preferred.
