Job Description
The Digital Strategy and Analytics Center of Excellence at is an analytics, tracking and insights delivery function with a mission to proactively anticipate and predict our customers and prospects behaviors, using data and research-driven insights to fuel strategic growth for the Digital Banking & Customer Experience division at Citizens.To help with this, we're looking for an outstanding Digital Analytics Tracking & Delivery Partner - someone who has vast experience on the Adobe Analytics and Experience Cloud with a focus on tag management (Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management system Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics and/or AdOps). In this role, you will be asked to implement and validate Adobe tracking and pixel tags, including technical configuration in Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management system and/or Adobe Launch- ensuring that tags fire properly and data flows so that reporting accurately captures the desired actions and behaviors as your prime function.
Specific day to day responsibilities and ways you'll make a difference:
* Develop tagging requirements documentation and execute technical implementation of Adobe Analytics tagging across Bank sites and digital assets in Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management system Tag Manager or Adobe Launch
* Execute technical implementation of pixel tags on Bank sites and digital assets in Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management system Tag Manager and manage pixel status via Collibra management and audit tool
* Validate and troubleshoot tagging & tracking issues as they occur - communicating status/next steps until resolution with all relevant stakeholders via JIRA
* Maintain tagging documentation updates as well as manage technical requirements via JIRA
* Collaborate with Digital Analytics team to provide tracking solutions
Qualifications
* Experience with Adobe Analytics implementation required, reporting a plus
* Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field required
* 2+ years experience with Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management system in web and mobile app environments
* Proven track record of success with managing Adobe Analytics tagging and configuring Adobe Launch or similar Tag Management system, including strong understanding of: data layers, tagging, variables, custom metric set up
* Working knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and/or e-commerce
Hours and Work Schedule:
* Hours per Week: 40
* Work Schedule: M-F
