We are searching for a Quality Systems Analyst to join our growing Quality Team!

As a Quality Systems Analyst, you will maintain accurate documentation related to quality surveys and certification systems data enrichment. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively collaborating with internal teams and addressing customer quality information requests.

How will you impact our organization as a Quality Systems Analyst on a daily basis?

  • Act as the primary contact for customer quality-related surveys and certification requests.
  • Maintain a cross-functional survey database and ensure effective communication across workstreams.
  • Provide timely and professional communication to address customer requests and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, improvement areas, and potential risks, and share data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quality systems data enrichment, and quality metrics, generating regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Ensure all quality support activities comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to communicate customer quality issues and proactively address quality requests to maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be substituted for formal education.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and AS9120/AS9100/ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Previous experience in a quality systems support role and familiarity with quality management systems and certification processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience working in a Windows environment.
  • Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (Root cause analysis, 5 whys, CAPA, SCARs).
