Description:

The Site Quality Leader is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality standards of all activities and processes within the site. This role entails developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting quality audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal standards, ensuring the highest levels of product quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is an initiative-taking and meticulous professional with a strong background in quality assurance and quality control. They possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, coupled with the ability to lead, and inspire a team. The candidate should have exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with customers. A deep understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the site quality team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits, prepare for regulatory inspections, and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements, company policies, and customer specifications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality records.
  • Develop and deliver quality-related training programs to employees to promote quality awareness and compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the establishment, development BC/DR, Risk, the creation and maintenance of BC/DR plans and documentation and participate in exercises of the BC/DR plans.
  • Work with all document contributors to ensure that documentation is in alignment with effectiveness, efficiency, and any applicable standards that Group O may be in adherence to.
  • Consult with customers to address quality-related concerns and ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
