Job Description
Basic Job FunctionsFoam Injected Product Line Operators (FIP) are responsible for ensuring the proper operation of semi-automated equipment utilized in the production of C.H.I. products.
(Note: 2nd Shift FIP Operators are trained on 1st Shift until training completion)
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maintain equipment used in the production of foam-injected products
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and identify any issues that arise
- Troubleshoot equipment
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards
- Complete necessary documentation and paperwork
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-yearof previous general labor and/or customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, operatingmachines, and hand tools.
- Mechanical aptitude & troubleshooting skills
