What will you be doing?

With an emphasis on Retail Led Design, Circana has developed a portfolio of Solutions catered to the unique challenges by our Retail partners. You will help the largest and most visible retailers in the U.S. grow and improved business performance through the application of Circana's Analytics. By understanding their business, you will directly engage Retailers to identify opportunities to enhance their decision making through the adoption of our services.

Job Responsibilities
  • Directly engage senior decision makers at retailers to understand their analytic needs and position our capabilities
  • Partner with internal Retailer relationship management teams to develop engagement plans and ensure an exceptional delivery experience of our services
  • Formulate insights and recommendations made to Retailers to improve their business
  • Know your business and own your business through analysis, planning, and tracking
  • Aid in the development and evolution of go-to-market strategy for our expanding portfolio of services

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in CPG or Retail marketing analytics or category management
  • Experience in consultative sales or client development
  • Track record of success exceeding business targets while strengthening client relationships
  • Strong experience using Point of Sale and Loyalty data in the application of modeling and analytics
  • Familiarity with pricing, forecasting, assortment, and opportunity identify analytics is preferred
  • Orientation toward partnership and ability to achieve positive outcomes through collaboration with internal teams

This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $185,000 to 200,000.

Role is bonus eligible.
