JOB LOCATION: Deerfield, IL
POSITION: Senior Manager, Programming
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Baxter Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Programming with the following duties:
Lead global statistical programming team, providing support and oversight for clinical, nonclinical, and HEOR requests;
Assist with EDC administration activities;
Oversee and support division's technology solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field plus 5 years of related experience OR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field plus 7 years of related experience
Will accept any level of experience in the following skills:
Provide SAS programming for non-clinical requests (such as stability analyses for drugs and negative binomial limits for manufacturing);
Utilize SAS to develop programs and specifications that convert raw datasets into standard CDISC SDTM format for both drug and medical device studies;
Utilize SAS to develop programs and specifications that convert SDTM datasets into CDISC ADaM format, and programs that conver ADaM into data displays (tables, listings, figures) for both drug and medical device studies;
Provide data management support, including working with electronic data capture systems to download SAS extracts, assistance with user acceptance testing, and participating in data cleaning activities;
Provide SAS programming support for HEOR requests utilizing the Premier database;
Mentor junior programmers.
This is a 100% remote position. Can live anywhere in the U.S.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $147,270 - $216,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
