Job Description

Oliver Wyman's Actuarial Health Practice is searching for a person to support a business via in-depth knowledge of administrative procedures and tools.The successful candidate will demonstrate a basic understanding of the business service area, clients, key terms, and service offerings.Executive Assistants handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity while communicating openly and often with team members to continually strive to promote smooth workflow and ensure client needs are met. We are looking for someone who will be committed to the company and will add to the life and culture of Oliver Wyman.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to staff and senior business leaders in various administrative business functions
  • Collaborate with staff in the collection of invoices
  • Administer project code setup and ensure compliance with associated requirements
  • Collaborate with staff on the development of new business proposals, as well as the preparation of expense reports
  • Design and create visually appealing graphics and illustrations for reports and presentations, as well as data entry support
  • Manage the production and distribution of reports
  • Handling team scheduling, travel, and meeting arrangements
  • Assist all staff with time entry procedures
  • Scheduling candidate interviews and provide support during the onboarding process
  • Coordinate holiday cards, gifts, and office social events
  • Perform a range of administrative duties as required to manage office and assist staff

Qualifications Required / Desired Skills & Competencies
  • 3+ years of previous corporate administrative or customer service experience
  • Possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, previous experience with Salesforce is beneficial
  • A problem-solver, able to work across a multicultural environment effectively. Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills to help reach a viable solution and goal for internal and external business needs
  • A strong service-oriented focus. Dedicated to meeting the expectations of all staff through securing effective relationships with clients and executing deliverables to the highest standards
  • Methodical, organized, and excellent attention to detail with strong documentation and follow-up skills with the ability to maintain and respect confidentiality at all times
  • A self-motivated individual with a positive and friendly attitude, that is adaptable to change, and is hardworking and focused on achieving accurate results.
  • Able to deal effectively with people at all levels across a multicultural environment, and able to take constructive feedback in stride and incorporate the feedback
