Job Description

Position SummaryThe Middle Office Service Support Specialist is responsible for completing various middle office operations functions and ensuring that there is a seamless and integrated flow of information between Trust Administration, Trust Operations, Tax, Compliance, and Investments. The Level I position has limited decision-making authority while the Level II position has routine decision-making authority.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesComplete account opening/closing procedures.
Assist Wealth Advisory Personnel in the client onboarding process. 
Ensure client access to online wealth management programs; providing on-going service support to the client.Review and send client documents & notifications on accountsPerform ongoing account maintenance & updates.
Assist Compliance department with meeting necessary standards.
Review and maintain liability insurance for real estate held in trust accounts.
Maintain assets in safekeeping vault & integrity of client vault files.
Assist with frontline training for Wealth Advisory associates on processes, procedures, and systems.
Education & ExperienceKnowledge of: Strong oral and written communication skills
The trust operating system
Accounting and data processing systems, procedures and controls
Ability to: Multi-task and work with little supervision
Maintain confidentiality of customer information
Take more than normal care to prevent loss to the organization
Perform duties under frequent time pressures
Education and Training: Associate's degree or High School diploma with 2 or more years related work experience required.Related operations or trust administration experience preferred.
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.
