Your Role at Baxter

The EPMO Revenue Administrator assists in the financial aspects of projects within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), including forecasting, revenue recognition and helping to track financial performance.

Candidate must reside in Deerfield, IL and/or Raleigh, NC.
What you'll be doing

Support the EPMO in financial/revenue planning and analysis activities, including variance analysis and financial modeling using Excel.

Participate in project reviews and provide financial insights to help drive project success.

Assist in the development and implementation of financial/ revenue processes within the PMO.

Host PMO revenue calls with the PMO Manager and Project Managers from the EPMO's various Product lines and Regions to capture project opportunities and risks & revenue forecasting accuracy.

Provide updates to EPMO leadership and finance after each team meeting update with week over week revenue adjustments and forecast.

Perform analysis on revenue backlog to ensure data integrity and transparency.

Provide revenue reports to PMO leadership and Finance on a weekly basis.

Lead and track submitted revenue for both finance pend back and quality pend back.

Work closely with project managers to ensure financial/revenue information is accurate and up-to-date.

Receive project backlog from finance, handle revenue lines and assign to project managers to drive reduction of aged and unresolved sales orders.

Help to accelerate project related revenue through data forecasting, PMO metrics, and aid in room-by-room conversion tracking.

Work with Order Management to forecast and release hardware for projects.

Complete concession and change order workflow that require minimum justifications.

Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills with daily collaboration and interaction with sales teams, service personnel, project management, all levels of service leadership, service operations and quality assurance and regulatory affairs to complete required tasks.

Miscellaneous project support, including but not limited to capturing information, documentation, and quality-related certifications by partnering with field-based project management team members to understand current project status against project plan.
What you'll bring

Bachelor's degree required, preferred focus in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, financial management systems, and reporting tools.

Ability to run pivots and generate reports in Excel is required.

Ability to define problems, determine solutions and follow through to completion.

Effective rapport and consensus building skills, along with acute attention to detail and effective analytical skills.

Positive facilitation capabilities in working across diverse groups of people.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $64,000 - $88,000 annually.
