About the Role

The Health Practice Leader enhances health expertise for clients and colleagues, focusing on client value. They develop and improve health domain and product knowledge. This role involves understanding Alight’s business strategy and collaborating with Solution and Business Leaders to align with client needs.

Responsibilities

· Serving as a subject matter expert on HW delivery, system capabilities, best practices, and legislation. keeping client teams informed.

· Maintaining great connections with Legal, Product, Customer Care, and other key departments. Coordinate with Wealth consultants on multi-service issues.

· Identifying and act on opportunities to enhance HW services and resources; collaborate with leadership for improvements.

· Leading forums to share updates on Health initiatives and best practices.

· Partnering with teams to update Health best practices, reference materials, and technology resources.

· Working with Legal and Product to manage administrative tasks related to legislative changes.

· Collaborating with Product and Sales to provide domain insights for new features and support materials.

· Developing domain knowledge and create client-ready materials to assist teams.

· Engaging in strategic client discussions, focusing on satisfaction and NPS. Provide expertise on market trends and compliance.

· Identifying revenue growth opportunities, support renewal processes. Address E&O risks to enhance client retention and business growth.

Requirements

· Possess relevant experience or Bachelor’s required.

· Possess domain knowledge with excellent problem-solving skills.

· Communicate engaging messages and manages group interactions effectively.Skilled in clear verbal and written communication within teams and with clients.

· Possess analytical, organizational, and data-driven problem-solving abilities.

· Demonstrate expertise in healthcare concepts, benefit programs, and relevant legislation.

· Demonstrate and guides teams to achieve objectives and consults effectively with clients.

· Able to adapt to changing environments with professionalism and integrity.

· Able to Understand business models, manages projects, and meets deliverables.

· 8+ years in Health and Welfare, project management, and coaching. Focus on inclusion and team development.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

128,100 USD

Maximum :

203,300 USD

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight considers a variety of factors in determining whether to extend an offer of employment and in setting the appropriate compensation level, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography.
