Clinical Transformation Leader

Your challenge is to head our growing Customer Success Organization and focus on helping customers transform their clinical practices. You will be in charge of all aspects of clinical optimization services, including design, workflow, testing, validation, and change management cycles. You will work with leaders from different areas who are committed to scaling disruptive technologies such as Clinical Insights Manager, Patient Avatar, Telemetry, Imprivata, and more. You will lead a team of clinical experts who will test and scale new workflows and professional services with our customers, resulting in better solution adoption and consumption.

Your role:

  • Leverage Philips Patient Monitoring and Informatics portfolio to drive adoption of disruptive technologies
  • Partner with Commercial Standards and BU organization to shape point of views / workflows. Focus on execution, adoption, and measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Standard up a Clinical Success organization (team structure, mission, vision, operational scorecard, etc.)
  • Develop and scale a Philips Point of View (POV) to share best practices on workflows that accelerate the adoption of our advanced technologies
  • Harmonizing clinical services portfolio to drive clinical optimization to accelerate customer adoption and overall organizational maturity.
  • Collaborate and test new workflows, in partnership with the business unit, at our customer sites.
  • Focus on continuous improvement in healthcare delivery and patient-centered care
  • Build a revenue generating business model focused on clinical consulting offers (expected growth to $15M – $20M by end of 2026) and effectively develop and implement strategies to achieve growth with scaling new ways of working, in partnership with the Business Unit, Commercial/Sales, Services, Product Management, etc.
  • Lead a team of clinical experts focus on care areas such as mid – low acuity settings (Tele, MedSurg, ICU) focused improving clinical outcomes, and delivering value as well as manage, guide, and lead the organization through change processes – involving internal processes and also encompassing the creation of a program designed to assist customers in driving effective change management.
  • Determine avenues of growth and ensure programs are launched in a meaningful, relevant manner
  • Set the vision and roadmap for growth in the US market-and share openly with global partners for potential applications in rest of world market (HPM focus)

You’re the right fit if:

- 10+ years of experience in healthcare services delivery, professional services, clinical transformation, or consulting

- Bachelor’s degree required (preferred Business Administration, Nursing, or related discipline). Master’s degree preferred.

- Willingness to travel overnight 50% of the time

- Financial acumen: Leading revenue generating teams and experience managing a P&L

- 8+ years of experience in direct people management, with focus on ability to influence change and move teams forward. Experience leading remote teams.

- Demonstrated experience developing and scaling clinical transformations (revenue generation, pilot programs, focused operational knowledge, policy process definition, etc)

- You have experience in health informatics, a solid understanding of the healthcare landscape, knowledge of current trends, priorities and regulations impacting the market, as well as knowledge of Integrated Delivery Systems and the approach to clinical strategy, performance improvement, and processes to drive outcomes.
